Recreational Group Piano Class for Adults/Seniors

Sophi offers piano/keyboard classes for adults and seniors at various locations. The goal is to inspire adults and seniors to express themselves through music and gain the benefits of well-being.

Physicians and music therapist conclude in their research that recreational piano/keyboard playing reduces stress and improves quality of life in adults and seniors. Adults and seniors find joy by learning to play the piano, but most importantly students will have a sense of pride, purpose, and accomplishment.
 

The purpose of recreational group piano class is to teach adult students to play piano/keyboard and sing their favorite songs for relaxation, personal enjoyment or for a specific purpose, and at the same time gain the benefits of social interaction while broadening musical experiences.
